VMM goes Dusseldorf
\n<\/strong>On 14.05.2025, the 4th VMM regional group meeting for NRW North and South took place together in D\u00fcsseldorf. Two program highlights were offered on site.
Participants could choose between visiting the Banksy exhibition or joining the shop tour led by Karin Wahl.<\/p>\n

Banksy-Ausstellung disruptive
\n<\/strong>A small but select group explored the Banksy exhibition. The experience was \u201cdisruptive\u201d right from the start \u2014 entering through the ground floor directly via a 1-euro shop\u2026!<\/p>\n


The exhibition itself was also \u201cdisruptive\u201d, featuring black walls and signage that wasn\u2019t quite hung straight…! Fortunately, it offered a strong and varied selection of Banksy’s works \u2014 some embedded in broader storytelling, some simply on display. There was no shortage of \u201cdisruptive\u201d ideas and inspiration! Lesser-known pieces were also included. It was an exciting experience.<\/p>\n

Shoptour
\n<\/strong>The other part of the group began their tour at the new \u201cBoss\u201d store. We were impressed by the atmosphere, the aesthetic interior design, the pleasant scent, the sound, and, ultimately, the flawless product presentation.
Next, we moved on to the \u201cNio House\u201d (premium electric vehicles with coworking space, caf\u00e9, etc.). At Breitling, we were even treated to a refreshing delicacy. In the trendy Carlstadt district, we visited several recently opened stores. We had the opportunity to hear the stories behind them directly from the store managers. The shop tour was also very exciting and inspiring.<\/p>\n

The day concluded with a group dinner at the restaurant Wilma Wunder<\/strong>, where we had lively discussions and shared our impressions.<\/p>\n
